90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The Zoleo™ Satellite Communicator is perfect for expeditions and adventures in remote locations. It's designed to extend smartphone messaging and signal coverage to anywhere on Earth and provide a safety system that you can count on.

In terms of connectivity, the communicator itself works in conjunction with the Zoleo™ app, which can be downloaded off any app store, and an active Zoleo subscription (click here for more information), to provide out-of-range service and messaging over the Iridium satellite network. The device gives you a dedicated Zoleo™ SMS number and email address to share with your preferred contacts.

Alongside the connectivity benefits, there's also an SOS alerting button that gives you 24/7 monitoring and response in case of emergency. It sends your SOS message and GPS coordinates to the Zoleo™ emergency response coordination partner, and gives you confirmation the message has been received. If it was a false alarm, you have an option to cancel the message quickly.

The device is really easy to use. The power button is self-explanatory and the check-in button lets others know you're ok and you've made it safe with just the click of a button. The message gets sent to your check-in contact(s) and can be set to include your GPS coordinates, should you wish to do so.

It has a long-lasting, rechargeable battery that can be powered up using the micro-USB port and the included cable that measures 50cm. Overall, the communicator is compact and lightweight yet durable enough to use in the most rugged terrain and challenging conditions. It's dust, shock, and water resistant to give maximum performance and protection against the elements.

Please note: An active Zoleo™ subscription plan is required to transmit messages over the Iridium satellite network.
