90-day returns period

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

What is the Aerios 45?

The Aerios 45 is an absolutely bombproof yet surprisingly lightweight rucksack designed for hiking and general outdoor use. It's the ideal size for lightweight multi-day backpacking trips or even could be used as a roomy daypack in colder seasons.

What is it made of?

It's made using a mixture of two fabrics: a 210D Cordura Ripstop Nylon and a 100D Cordura Nylon. Both of these fabrics are about as tough as they come on a rucksack and are highly weather-resistant, making them ideal for our varied climate. Despite this, the entire pack weighs just over 1kg.

Which backsystem does it use?

The Aerios features a padded AeroForm backpanel for comfort and an internal framesheet to increase support. This system is a fairly simple one, but like on some of Arc'teryx's larger packs, it just works! A supportive yet soft and comfortable hipbelt wraps securely around your body, transferring the weight of the pack through your legs. This particular Women's-specific pack features a shorter and narrower backpanel to fit more comfortably and securely. An adjustable sternum strap keeps the shoulder straps securely in place.

What are its features?

The features of the Aerios 45 include two zipped stretchy pockets on the shoulder straps for soft bottles, two side pockets with a closure system for more bottles or other items you need to access quickly, two mesh pockets on the hipbelt, a front top pocket and an internal security pocket with a handy key clip. Other features include trekking pole attachment points, an internal clip for a hydration bladder if you'd rather not use the external pockets, daisy chain loops for attaching extra gear and a front bungee system which is ideal for storing wet clothing or a lightweight mat.
