90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The climate neutral, PFC free Guide SL strikes the perfect balance between light weight, comfort and functionality. The comfortable, well ventilated back system; snug fit that keeps the load close to your centre of gravity; ergonomic, detachable hip fins; hard-wearing materials; further improved attachment systems; and stowable rope strap all combine to generate fine-tuned load control and maximum freedom of movement on multi-day alpine projects. The J-shaped front zipped opening also provides quick access to the main compartment.

What back system does it use?

Deuter Alpine

For alpine backpacks the combination of comfort, durability, functionality and low weight is essential. deuter’s Alpine System answers this challenge by focusing on a compact, secure yet comfortable fit with its two flexible softstripe back pads that are perfectly adapted to the anatomy and follow the wearer’s movements. In combination with the pack’s sleek shape this keeps the load always close to the centre of gravity – thus guaranteeing full pack control.

THE RESULT: The Alpine back combines a secure, compact fit for full pack control and full focus on the terrain with a top carrying performance and a comfortable ventilation between the two softstripe back pads.

SL Womens fit

The SL back length is specific for women: on average, women have shorter backs than men. The carrying system in the SL model is therefore somewhat shorter than in the Deuter standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy.
