90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The Yeti 400 Lithium Portable Power Station is an incredibly powerful battery that can be taken anywhere! It recharges in around 7 hours and charges your devices over and over again – perfect for big trips in the van. It also doubles up well as a handy battery to keep in the house in case of power shortages. It’s been designed as an alternative to gasoline-powered inverter generators to run small appliances, lights and medical devices when you have no other source of power. An added bonus to having the Yeti over a gasoline generator is that it’s incredibly quiet and much lighter. The replaceable Lithium battery has a shelf life of around 18-months and only weighs 17 lbs.

The Yeti features a magnitude of versatile powering options. These include three USB ports, two AC outlets and a 12V output so you can charge a plethora of devices all at the same time! On the front of the Yeti you also have an informative display that features a runtime/recharge time estimator as well as a battery level monitor and an output/input meter.

The Yeti 400 Lithium is great for all your medium sized power needs or multiple smaller devices. From full power it’ll recharge:

To recharge the Yeti simply plug it into the wall and it’ll fully recharge in around 7 hours. Alternatively, if you’re out in the wilderness and you don’t have access to a socket, the Yeti is compatible with Goal Zero’s range of Solar Panels. Recharge times vary with the size of the solar panel – for example, the Boulder 100 Briefcase with fully recharge the Yeti in 8-16 hours (sunlight dependant).
