90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What are the Transition Windstopper Gloves?

They're versatile, lightweight, close-fitting gloves that offer windproof protection for various outdoor and everyday adventures, whether hiking, biking, scrambling or trail running.

What are they made from?

Rab has constructed these gloves from three-layer Windstopper® Products by Gore-Tex Labs, for maximum protection from harsh winds.

Windstopper® Products by Gore-Tex Labs blocks all wind, so you don't have to worry about that icy wind chill numbing your fingers. The technology still allows plenty of breathability, helping prevent moisture build-up inside the gloves, keeping you comfortable and managing temperature during intense activity.

WINDSTOPPER® Products by Gore-Tex Labs use's the brands latest ePE membrane, which is made without the use of PFAS/PFC chemicals and is finished with a fluorocarbon-free DWR (durable water repellent) to encourage the fabric to shed moisture instead of soaking in. However, please note this does not make the gloves waterproof.

If you were wondering, PFAS/PFCs are per or poly-fluorinated chemicals, aka 'forever chemicals' that stay permanently in the environment and cause lasting damage to our ecosystems. This is why many companies are working towards a completely PFC-free future, and this latest ePE membrane from Gore-Tex® is a big step forward for the brand.

What are their features?

The Transition Windstopper Gloves feature a silicone print on the palm for exceptional grip, perfect for scrambling over technical terrain and rock when you need a little extra stability. A conductive print on the index finger and thumb allows you to use your smartphone and other devices without taking the gloves off.

The gloves fit comfortably close to the skin, retaining warmth and allowing you to get more precision under the hands. Optimal stretch improves the fit and overall comfort, giving you much more flexibility and freedom of movement for handling kit. In-pattern branding finishes the design, giving the gloves a bold, contemporary look.

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
