90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Crimp Logo Tee?

The Crimp Logo Tee is a casual, easy-to-wear t-shirt that’s so much more than just a regular cotton t-shirt. Made from a super soft and luxurious TENCEL™ fabric, it will keep you feeling cool and fresh, even in warm conditions. Highly versatile and exceptionally comfortable, once you've tried it on, you won’t want to take it off!

What is it made from?

The Crimp Logo Tee is made from a super soft TENCEL™ blend fabric that comprises recycled polyester and lyocell fibres.

Recycled polyester is lightweight, durable and has a smooth finish. Of course, recycled material is much better for the planet than conventional materials and non-recycled fabrics, boosting this product's eco-friendly credentials!

Lyocell fibres, commonly branded as TENCEL™, are produced from sustainably sourced wood pulp using responsible processes and are certified as compostable and biodegradable. The yarns can wick moisture more effectively than cotton and offer breathability and comfort whilst feeling incredibly gentle next to the skin.

What are its features?

Overall, the t-shirt has a classic casual look and minimalist design; it features a round neckline, set-in sleeves and a flattering feminine fit.

1Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades of your back. When measuring the bust for women's underwear and swimwear, follow the bra measuring guidelines.

2Waist

Measure at the natural waistline, just above the hip bone.

3Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips. As a guideline this is often 20cm below your natural waistline.

4Inside leg

Measure from the top of the inside leg to the floor.

5Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

6Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
