What are the Altun Pants?
They're versatile outdoor trousers designed primarily for trekking. However, the Altun Pants work well for a multitude of activities, including hiking, climbing, scrambling or even everyday errands, making them a great staple for your wardrobe all year round.
What are they made of?
The Altun Pants are made with a soft, stretchy fabric that comprises nylon and elastane. It feels smooth next to the skin, provides ample abrasion resistance in rugged terrain, and is breathable enough to feel good in both warm and cold weather.
Materials in this product are FC-free, and Fair Wear approved. Fair Wear is a non-profit organisation that promotes fair labour conditions for factory workers worldwide. It works directly with M.E factories to ensure ethical conditions for employees and keeps track of the progress these factories are making to maintain Fair Wear standards.
What are their features?
The Masino Pants come in a Mountain Fit, which is M.E's most roomy fit, allowing room for longjohns underneath. They have a double press-stud waist closure, a deep, stretchy waistband and a drawcord adjuster to provide maximum flexibility, security and comfort around the midsection.
They feature an array of pockets, including two hand pockets, two rear pockets and a zipped, mesh-back thigh pocket, which doubles up nicely as ventilation when you need it. Simply remove any contents from inside and leave the pocket open to let air flow through.
Adjustable hems on each leg also give you the option to cinch in any fabric to keep the weather out and the heat in.
