90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Trekitt, Unit 5 Parkwood Court, Rotherwas, Hereford, HR2 6NU) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What are the Elevation Pants?

They're lightweight, slim-fitting, traditional softshell trousers that offer freedom of movement for hiking, climbing and scrambling across the seasons. They offer the durability of trousers, with the comfort and flexibility of leggings.

What are they made from?

Rab has constructed these trousers from Matrix™ stretch double weave nylon, a flexible softshell fabric that is lightweight and durable to help you keep going whatever the weather. This material is wind-resistant and offers UPF protection to shield you from sun exposure, allowing the trousers to protect you from the elements, without hindering your range of movement.

The trousers are finished with a fluorocarbon-free DWR (durable water repellent). This water repellent coating offers light protection against rain showers. However, please note this doesn't mean they are waterproof.

What are their features?

A low-bulk, deep, elasticated waistband provides a supportive fit, with enough coverage for comfortable use with a climbing harness. The soft waistband features an adjustable drawcord to allow you to tailor the fit to suit your curves.

For storage, you'll find two front open hand pockets for keeping your essentials close by and a secure zipped thigh pocket for more valuable items such as a mobile phone or GPS device.

Low-bulk, overlocked seams throughout the trousers increase overall comfort levels. The trousers are finished with an embroidered Rab logo on the thigh.

1Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades of your back. When measuring the bust for women's underwear and swimwear, follow the bra measuring guidelines.

2Waist

Measure at the natural waistline, just above the hip bone.

3Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips. As a guideline this is often 20cm below your natural waistline.

4Inside leg

Measure from the top of the inside leg to the floor.

5Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

6Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
