90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What are the Ledge Pants?

The Ledge Pants offer a great balance of protection and breathability, making them an ideal choice for all your mountain adventures in the warmer months. Cut specifically with climbing in mind, these trousers work just as well out on the hill as they do at the crag or climbing gym.

What are they made from?

The Ledge Pants are made from an abrasion-proof, robust nylon material that has very high (4-way) stretch properties and offers great freedom of movement and a high level of comfort. The stretch nylon offers both wind and water resistance as well as enhanced stretch. The weather resistance is also aided by the addition of a DWR coating to help further repel water. Along with the DWR treatment, the fabric has been finished with miDori boWick. miDori is a plant seed oil based treatment for textiles that helps absorb sweat, wick moisture and dry faster. It has a significantly lower carbon footprint (upto 8 times lower) compared to standard crude oil based finishes.

What are the features?

With a specific cut for rock climbing, the Ledge Pants offer fantastic freedom of movement and comfort thanks to the 4-way stretch fabric. The waistband is externally adjustable for the perfect fit, whilst a front popper and concealed front zip take care of closure. There are two slit hand pockets and a single zippered pocket on the thigh for valuables storage. The knee has been pre-shaped to offer improved freedom of movement, great for that stretchy move at the crux. When not climbing the knee articulation works wonders for moving around in the hills without the pants fighting your movement. A drawstring on the leg hem has been added to allow for fine adjustment. As a bonus, it also means the pants can be easily rolled up to ¾ length when you really need to see your footwork at the crag/gym.

How do they fit?

The Ledge Pants have been cut in Mammut’s Regular Fit, a close, athletic cut with little tailoring that is comfortable with elastic/stretchable materials.
