With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is a brand new womens jacket for 2016 and cleverly combines different weights of inner fleece fabric to optimise the breathability and warmth of this incredibly versatile hooded jacket. Rab Carrington (as in the "Rab" in Rab!) originally devised the Vapour-Rise concept by combining the technology of high wicking micro fleece and Pertex Equilibrium fabrics to produce a single garment with a 2 layer construction that offers superb weather protection and immense breathability. Besides all that clever fabric technology and high performance Vapour Rise garments are incredibly comfortable to wear, they are soft, supple and quiet thanks to the lack of membrane or heavy, stiff fabrics.
The Vapour-Rise One Jacket uses a zoned fleece liner with heavier weight fleece where you need warmth the most and lighter weight fleece where you need the most breathability. The Pertex Equilibrium outer fabric offers excellent wind resistance, weather resistance and superb breathability resulting in a jacket that works perfectly as a mid layer or outer layer for all your outdoor adventures. Featuring a fixed and fully helmet comaptible hood with a proper wired peak and plenty of storage pockets the Vapour-rise One jacket is aimed at more techincal users but is equally at home when walking the dog or for everyday use.
The 2 layer Vapour-Rise technology uses your body heat as a pump along with the micro fleece brushed lining to push moisture away from your skin and move it to the face fabric. Pertex Equilibrium face fabric has larger filaments on the inside and smaller filaments on the outside. The laws of capillary action dictate that moisture will move from large filaments to smaller ones, pulling your sweat away from the lining and spreading it out over the large outer surface area. This evaporative heat loss and moisture wicking create a temperature equilibrium to keep you comfortable and dry in all conditions. Finally a robust DWR treatment on the outside repels water.
Because the Vapour-Rise One Jacket breathes so well it works perfectly as mid layer under your hardshell if the weather turns really nasty. We recommend using a smooth faced base layer under Vapour Rise garments as the smooth fabric will glide smoothly against the VR's wicking liner and maximises the wicking properties.
