90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Soft Bottle 1L?

It's a lightweight, flexible, and compact water bottle that'll keep you well-hydrated on the trail and can be rolled up and stashed in any pocket of your pack when not in use.

What is it made of?

The Platypus' Soft Bottle is made from taste-free and BPA, BPS and phthalate-free plastics, with a food-grade film liner inside for added reassurance.

This plastic material is soft and flexible, allowing it to easily be rolled up and stowed in your pocket without taking up too much space whilst still being durable and robust enough to withstand frequent use on the trail.

What are its features?

The bottle features a secure closure cap to prevent unwanted spillages in your pack when not in use. The cap is compatible with Platypus' QuickDraw™ filters, which allow you to filter water as you drink. The cap's thread is also compatible with various other lids or drink tube kits from Platypus. The bottle's contoured shape makes it easier to grip when full and minimizes bulk when rolled up in your pocket when not in use.
