90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

Made with durable yet super-lightweight titanium, the entire Titan™ range is the perfect choice for those counting every gram, whether thru-hiking, trekking, backpacking, climbing or even just wild camping at the weekend.

What are its features?

This cup comes with a silicone-coated lip-saver band, which protects your lips from the hot metal once a warm drink is poured - just remember to take it off if you're heating the cup itself.

Handles are also silicone-coated to give you a little extra grip and comfort. They fold closed to create a more packable configuration to stuff inside a backpack or kitbag.

Inside, you'll notice internal graduation marks that make for easy volume measurements, meaning you can get your proportions just right every time.

This mug is storage-compatible with MSR Titan™ Kettle (900ml); you can store it inside to save some extra space.
