90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions

What is it made of?

The base and rim of the Sea to Summit Collapsible Bowl are made from a high-quality material known as glass-reinforced nylon 66. This type of synthetic polymer is reinforced with glass fibres, enhancing its strength and rigidity.
Nylon 66 is renowned for its excellent durability, chemical resistance, and heat resistance, making it a suitable choice for the base and rim of the bowl.
The addition of glass fibres further strengthens the material, making it more robust and capable of withstanding the rigours of outdoor use.
The side walls of this bowl are constructed from 100% silicone, a highly flexible material that allows the cup to collapse to a compact size when not used. It can withstand high temperatures, making it safe for hot meals.
