What is the TwisterCane Bio Foam Seat Pad?

What is it made of?
Foam: This foam seat is made with a unique EVA foam that feels incredibly soft to sit or kneel on. It's pliable enough to roll and easily store on a backpack and is durable enough to withstand years of use.
So, what's unique about it? This foam contains more than 60% of sustainably grown sugarcane resin, derived from sugarcane down and harvested in an environmentally considerate manner and audited by a third party. Not only does this help to reduce carbon emissions being used to make this product, but it also reduces the amount of plastic used, giving it some extra brownie points for the more eco-conscious adventurer!
What are its features?
Closed-cell foam technology creates a firm, insulated barrier using die-cut peaks and heat-trapping 'valleys' to ensure a balance of warmth and comfort on the cold ground.
The mat is made with two layers of foam with a different texture on each side to allow you to lay the dimples upright or downwards, depending on what you find more comfortable.
Thanks to its foam construction, the mat is lightweight, can be rolled tight to save space and can be easily carried when moving.
Last but not least, the R-Value of this pad is 1.7, making it suitable for summer and warmer climates.
