What is the Explore 5?
It’s a powerful update on Silva’s classic Explore headlamp model, delivering waterproof, dust-tight performance with a comfortable design, ideal for pre-dawn and after-dusk adventures.
What are its features?
This headlamp features various settings to provide maximum performance for various situations and activities, including Red Light for night vision, Orange Light for map reading, and Silva Intelligent Light, which combines a long-reach spotlight and close flood light. There’s also a super-low mode to save battery life when you’re limited on power.
The battery indicator has four levels so you can clearly see when the lamp needs recharging. You can recharge using the integrated USB-C rechargeable battery.
A button lock helps prevent the lamp from switching on by accident when travelling. The lamp also has rubber reinforcements to help increase shock resistance and amplify comfort when moving or running with the lamp.
You get a helmet mount with the Explore 5, allowing you to mount the light to a biking or climbing helmet.
The wide headband delivers a comfortable fit and features smooth adjustment buckles to improve the fit.
