With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

What is the Endurance 2 Footprint?
It's a waterproof groundsheet with the same floor plan as Fjallraven's Endurance 2 tent. Adding a footprint to your tent helps to protect its base from anything that may damage it when pitched, like sharp rocks and items. It also helps add further protection in wet and muddy conditions, all aiming to increase your tent's lifespan.
What is it made from?
This durable and waterproof footprint is made from 100% polyamide (nylon) with a PU coating to provide a hydrostatic head of 10,000mm. This 70 denier nylon fabric offers a balance between durability and weight. It's surprisingly tough and highly abrasion resistant, allowing it to protect the lighter-weight fabric bottom of the tent from abrasion against rocks and reduce any damage caused by moisture or mud.
What are its features?
This durable tent footprint is easily attached to Fjallraven's Endurance 2 tent with the tent's integrated toggles, helping to protect the base of the tent in stony, wet or muddy conditions.
Pitching your tent with a footprint also helps reduce the overall condensation in your tent by decreasing the amount of moisture that can build up in the vestibule from pitching your tent on grass or damp ground.
