How do Customer Rewards work?

As a My Trekitt member, you'll earn 5% back in Customer Rewards on non-sale item purchases. Sale items are products with a season code that contains 'sale'. Your rewards balance can then be redeemed against future orders online or in-store.

How much are my points worth?

Your Customer Rewards balance is worth 5% of eligible purchases. Simply redeem your rewards during checkout on future orders.

How do I join My Trekitt?

Joining is automatic when you shop with Trekitt using your email address. Once you've created an account or placed an order, your rewards profile is ready to go.

Can I use my rewards online and in-store?

Yes – your rewards can be used both online and in our Hereford store, as long as you use the same email address linked to your account.

When will my rewards appear?

Rewards are usually added once your order has been processed and completed. This helps ensure any returns or cancellations are accounted for correctly.

Can I combine rewards with discounts or promotions?

In most cases, Customer Rewards can be used alongside other offers, but some exclusions may apply depending on the promotion or product.

What happens if I return an item purchased with rewards?

If you return an item purchased with Customer Rewards, the rewards used for that purchase will usually be credited to your account once the return has been processed.

Do my Customer Rewards expire?

Your rewards are designed to be enjoyed regularly. Reward points expire 1 year after inactivity. Any expiry details will be shown within your account.

Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?

There's no limit to the adventures you can plan – and no set cap on the rewards you can build up through eligible purchases.

Can I use rewards on sale or outlet products?

In many cases, yes – even if certain products don't earn rewards themselves, you may still be able to redeem your balance against them.

How do I leave the rewards programme?

If you'd prefer not to take part in Customer Rewards, simply contact the Trekitt team, and we'll update your account preferences.

We take the security of your data and your right to privacy seriously. If you do not wish to be part of our complimentary loyalty scheme, please contact us and formally request to have your Customer Profile amended to exclude Customer Rewards. We will act promptly and confirm with you that the required action has been taken.
