We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We offer a 90-day returns period from the date of purchase and aim to process all returns within 48 working hours of receipt. During exceptionally busy periods, returns may take up to 7 working days to be processed.

We do not offer a free returns service. If using the DPD Returns Portal, a charge of £5 will be deducted from your refund when processed. Returns from Highlands and Islands using theDPD Returns Portalwill deduct £15.50 from the order refund. Large DPD returns will have £6 deducted from their refund. (Specifications are over 5kg, and over Length of 30cm x width of 30cm and height of 10cm). If customers are returning items using their own postal service, and our returns form, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

What is the Access Down Hoodie?

The Access Down Hoodie is a do-it-all down jacket primarily designed for hill and mountain use, yet simple and functional enough for casual, everyday errands, too. Whether scaling your favourite peak, dog walking, or doing the school run, it'll keep you warm and protected between autumn and spring.

What is it made of?

The face fabric of this jacket is bluesign® approved recycled nylon taffeta, which is incredibly durable yet lightweight. It has a smooth finish, making it easy to slide a waterproof over the top, and is treated with a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) to enhance weather protection for showery hill days. However, please note that this does not make the jacket fully waterproof; if your down jacket begins to wet out, the down inside may dampen and lose warmth. Therefore, ideally, we recommend wearing down jackets as an outer layer on dry days. If you're uncertain of the forecast, it's always a good idea to pack an emergency shell jacket just in case.

800 fill-power Allied HyperDRY goose-down insulation provides an exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio, making this jacket incredibly packable and warm enough to wear on the coldest of days.

What are the features?

The hood is warm and protective, and it features an internal brim to keep the peak in place without hindering peripheral vision.

You get two zippered hand pockets and an internal zipped chest pocket that provides ample storage for small essentials, such as a headtorch, GPS device, trail snacks, gloves, or doggy bags.

When you're done with the jacket, you can also pack it into its own left-hand pocket, making it easy to stow in a backpack or kit bag.
