What is the Greenland Winter Parka?
It's a warm, durable parka designed for outdoor lifestyles and activities. Based on the classic Fjallraven Greenland Jacket, the Greenland Winter Parka provides enhanced warmth, extra coverage and ample weather resistance for cold hill days and icy countryside breezes.
What is it made of?
A mixture of G1000® Eco, recycled polyester and organic cotton has been carefully selected by Fjallraven to create this jacket.
G1000® Eco uses a blend of 65% recycled polyester and 35% cotton, which is ventilating, hardwearing and weather resistant.
G1000® materials can be adapted to different personal preferences or climatic conditions using Greenland Wax. The wax allows you to customise the fabric's properties, such as wind and water resistance and breathability.

Supreme Microloft is Fjallraven's very own synthetic insulation, specially developed to offer warmth, even in damp conditions; this insulation is sandwiched between the outer and lining for warmth.
Supreme Microloft mimics down clusters by trapping warm air to retain heat and keep you warm for longer. However, unlike down, it can stay warm once moist, making it much more effective and reliable in damp conditions. Overall, this insulation is also more durable than down and much easier to clean and maintain, though slightly less packable and light.
Recycled polyester lining and organic cotton in the face material also help reduce environmental impact and have been combined to create a luxurious teddy fleece lining that feels warm and soft against the skin.
What are its features?
This parka has a fixed, adjustable hood and a high collar at the front that acts as a chin guard, helping to keep rain or wind away from your face.
Its longer length provides coverage for more casual outdoor adventures and harsh weather when running errands closer to home or nipping into town.
Fasten the front of the jacket using the two-way zipper. It has a buttoned flap over the top for extra weather resistance and security, allowing you to fully undo the zip for extra ventilation without having the parka jacket blow around in the wind.
For storage, there are two buttoned, fleece-lined hand pockets, and two top loaded pockets with button flaps - perfect for storing chunkier belongings such as a mobile phone, camera, gloves or a wallet.
Press button adjustments allow you to adapt the sleeve cuffs when wearing chunky gloves or mitts. Finally, a drawcord adjustment at the waist allows you to cinch in the waist for added weather protection and heat retention.
