The pack's body is made from 210D Honeycomb CryptoRip Nylon, a lightweight yet highly durable fabric designed to withstand abrasion. It features a C0 DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating, which provides water resistance without harmful PFAS chemicals, making it an environmentally conscious choice. The pack's base is made from 450D 100% recycled polyester, also treated with a C0 DWR finish, ensuring added durability and water resistance from the ground up. This recycled polyester helps reduce the environmental impact by reusing post-consumer materials while offering the toughness required for rugged use.
For support and comfort, the harness, hip belt, and lumbar areas use multi-density foam. This foam design balances firmness and cushioning in critical areas, providing comfort and stability during wear. Multi-density foam ensures the pack fits comfortably against the body while distributing weight evenly. The pack's chassis support is also reinforced with multi-density foam, providing structural support to maintain the pack's shape and enhance load distribution. The lining is made from 40% post-consumer recycled 135D polyester, contributing to sustainability by repurposing waste materials. Like the exterior fabrics, the lining is treated with C0 DWR, offering water resistance while being free of PFAS chemicals.
