What is the Transporter Waist Pack?
It's the perfect do-it-all fanny pack for casual and outdoor activities. Whether travelling, commuting to work, walking the dog, or heading into the city, it provides ample storage and organisation for small essentials without being big and bulky to manage.
What is it made of?
The main body and base are constructed using high-tenacity nylon with ripstop and a NanoTough coating, which is incredibly strong and abrasion-resistant, so this bag can easily withstand being thrown around at the airport.
The lining comprises 210D nylon, which is much lighter yet incredibly robust. This material has a smooth finish to ensure further protection for the contents inside.
All materials are 100% recycled, keeping resources in the loop instead of allowing them to go to waste, and bluesign® approved.
bluesign® certifications ensure that the materials used avoid harmful substances, use reduced air and water emissions, increase resource productivity, and the production line is more transparent and trustworthy.
All materials are also treated with a PFAS-free DWR (durable water repellent) to enhance weather protection by encouraging light rain and snow to bead off the fabric instead of soaking in. However, please note that this doesn't make the bag waterproof.
PFAS-free treatments avoid the use of harmful 'forever' chemicals. PFAS is a toxic chemical known to harm humans and the environment. It was previously commonly used in DWR treatments; however, many outdoor companies are now working to eliminate these chemicals from their production lines to contribute to a more responsible manufacturing process.
What are the features?
The large main zipped pocket is ideal for stowing doggy bags, a purse/wallet, keys, a mobile phone, or packable reusable totes for carrying the shopping. Additional internal pockets and a front zipped pocket allows you to organise your belongings further, while the key clip keeps car and house keys safe, ensuring you don't lose them on the go.
Compression straps at the side of the bag allow you to cinch in any dead space, helping to prevent contents from rattling around inside and making it easier to pack this bag into a larger bag without taking up excessive space.
