90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We offer a 90-day returns period from the date of purchase and aim to process all returns within 48 working hours of receipt. During exceptionally busy periods, returns may take up to 7 working days to be processed.
Please note: Our DPD Returns Portal is temporarily unavailable for a couple of weeks while we make improvements to the service. During this time, customers will need to arrange their own return postage.
We do not offer a free returns service. Customers returning items using their own postal service and our returns form are responsible for any postage costs when returning goods (excluding warranty returns).

Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

To return an item to us, you must first:

  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition (including all label, tags and Boxes) and in a resellable condition

  • Appropriately package your item in protective packaging, failure to do so will invalidate your rights to a full refund or return (including footwear boxes which can be damaged in transit/customer care if not protected)

We cannot make any decisions before inspecting any claim. Should the item be found genuinely faulty, we aim to reach a fair and agreed solution, which may be a refund, a replacement or a professional repair.

When will I receive my refund?

Once our Returns Team has processed your refund, you will receive a new e-receipt showing the returned item(s). After this you should expect to see your funds back in your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on how your card provider processes refunds.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and are normally processed within 2 working days, however, during busy periods they can take up to 7 days.

Once our Returns Team has processed your refund, you will receive a new e-receipt showing the returned item(s). After this you should expect to see your funds back in your PayPal account that same day.

If you feel that your item is defective/broken/faulty and it is still under warranty, please contact our Customer Support team([email protected])with as much information as possible with regards to the fault, including photos if applicable.

We want to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible, the first step for this is reducing our waste. Therefore, please note that we will always offer a professional repair in the first instance; if the product can be repaired.

This may involve your product being sent back to our suppliers or to a professional repair company. Please note that due tovaried procedures, warranty claims and repairs can take between 2 and 4 weeks to be concluded

What is the Talon Pro 30?

The Talon Pro 30 is a versatile backpack that offers uncompromised durability and 30 litres of storage for various activities, whether exploring a local crag, bikepacking at the weekend or hiking a new route with friends. It truly is the ideal do-it-all backpack.

What is it made of?

Main fabric: The main fabric is bluesign® approved NanoFly™, comprising a 100% recycled nylon ripstop with added reinforcement. This material provides exceptional durability with minimum weight and bulk, ensuring it'll easily endure bumps and scrapes in rocky or rugged terrain. The fabric is treated with a PFAS-free DWR (durable water repellent) to provide water resistance without causing permanent damage to our ecosystems. However, please note that DWR doesn't make a material fully waterproof.

Base: Osprey has reinforced the backpack's base with bluesign® approved 420D nylon, which is also 100% recycled. Though recycled, this material doesn't compromise performance and offers years of wear, no matter what you're doing or where. Osprey has also treated the base with the same PFAS-free DWR as the primary fabric.

Lining: This backpack is lined with a lighter, bluesign® approved, 70D nylon, which is thinner than the outer materials to help reduce weight and bulk. Once again, this lining also features a PFAS-free DWR to help protect belongings from nasty weather and spills.

bluesign® approval means the product/material is manufactured in a way that is safe for the environment, workers and consumers. bluesign® certifications ensure that the materials used avoid harmful substances, use reduced air and water emissions, increase resource productivity, and the production line is more transparent and trustworthy.

Which back system does it use?

The Talon Pro 30 is built with a LightWire peripheral frame, which helps spread the load, and an updated AirScape™ back panel. The AirScape™ back panel comprises an injection-moulded, die-cut foam framesheet designed to maintain comfort. This framesheet also has ventilated airflow channels and provides maximum stability for carrying heavier loads.

A mesh-covered foam lumbar helps to reduce weight whilst increasing comfort around each contact point.

There's also a sliding yoke torso length system, which ensures a precise fit with stability to prevent it from slipping down your back as you walk.

Integrated BioStretch seams on the harness and hip belt allow you to move dynamically during extensive activities without your bag hindering your performance. The hip belt also features a lumbar-to-belt body wrap to help the backpack move as one with your body, alongside a Crossbody ErgoPull system, which pulls the lumbar into the body for stability and an even weight distribution.

A die-cut foam harness and belt straps provide good padding for comfort. The foam is wrapped with Spacermesh to amplify breathability, helping to prevent sweat build-up around contact areas.

What are its features?

A wide-mouth, bucket-style, zipped opening to the main compartment provides easy access to your belongings. An external top-panel, zipped slash pocket provides extra, easy-access storage and works perfectly for gloves, snacks, or a hat.

There's an internal, zipped mesh pocket with a key clip for small, more valuable belongings such as keys, a wallet or loose change. The front panel pocket works well for stashing an extra waterproof layer or a map.

The internal hydration reservoir sleeve is ideal for those who prefer to avoid carrying bulky water bottles. It gives you hands-free, on-the-go hydration with lesser weight and bulk. However, if you'd rather take a bottle (or two), two mesh side pockets allow you to easily keep them out of the way.

A low-profile LidLock attachment is adaptable for carrying various types of helmets.

Tuck-away ice axe attachments are secured with bungee tie-offs for maximum security, ensuring your sharp tools don't move around or dig into the bag as you walk.

Dual upper quick-release compression straps and dual V-pull lower straps cinch in any dead space from the outside, allowing you to reduce the volume where possible whilst increasing stability.

The hip belt features small zip pockets that keep essentials like snacks and energy gels handy, whilst finally, the blinker light attachment gives you the option to clip on a light for visibility after sundown - ideal for cycling and biking.
