90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Trekitt, Unit 5 Parkwood Court, Rotherwas, Hereford, HR2 6NU) when completing the form.

What is the Nitron 12?

It's a body-hugging, streamlined 12-litre backpack that offers functional storage for day hikes and fast-moving mountain missions. This versatile day-pack is built with comfort in mind and makes the perfect companion for hiking, hill walking, trail running and even exploring the city.

What is it made from?

The pack is constructed using a combination of 100D Robic Nylon Ripstop and 70D Nylon with TriShield Coating, with 140D reinforcements in high-wear areas. Each of these materials has excellent wear resistance, strength and hardiness to tackle tough days in rough, tricky terrain when the weather is challenging. The panels of 140D nylon are placed on the base of the pack for added reinforcement where it's needed most.

The Tri-Shield® Coating is a specialised water-resistant treatment designed to repel water, making it more resistant to moisture and rain. However, please note that this does not make the backpack waterproof.

What backsystem does it use?

The Nitron 12 uses Rab’s AirContour™ backsystem, which offers a supportive, breathable back for multi-activity adventures. The moulded foam spacer mesh construction increases breathability and ventilation at contact points, helping you feel fresh in warmer climates.

What are its features?

The main top-loading zip compartment offers 12 litres of space for your daily essentials, lunch, and spare layers. Two zipped harness pockets provide secure, quick-access storage for trail snacks, energy gels, or a mobile phone. The Nitron is also compatible with a hydration bladder of up to 3 litres—perfect for fast-paced adventures when you need fuss-free hydration.

The pack features a body-hugging harness for a secure, close fit without hindering mobility, enabling dynamic movement on a variety of terrain. This snug fit, combined with a double chest strap, provides reassurance that the pack will remain stable and not move around when you pick up the pace.

If you're a fan of running or trekking poles, you're in luck! The Nitron has a specialised on-the-go z-pole attachment and an additional option for carrying traditional walking poles when they're not in use.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
