90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt. During exceptionally busy periods, returns may take up to 7 working days to be processed.

We do not offer a free returns service. If using the DPD Returns Portal, a charge of £5 will be deducted from your refund when processed. Returns from Highlands and Islands using the DPD Returns Portal will deduct £15.50 from the order refund. Large DPD returns will have £6 deducted from their refund. (Specifications are over 5kg, and over Length of 30cm x width of 30cm and height of 10cm). If customers are returning items using their own postal service, and our returns form, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition (including all label, tags and Boxes) and in a resellable condition

  • Appropriately package your item in protective packaging, failure to do so will invalidate your rights to a full refund or return (including footwear boxes which can be damaged in transit/customer care if not protected)

When will I receive my refund?

Once our Returns Team has processed your refund, you will receive a new e-receipt showing the returned item(s). After this you should expect to see your funds back in your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on how your card provider processes refunds.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and are normally processed within 2 working days, however, during busy periods they can take up to 7 days.

Once our Returns Team has processed your refund, you will receive a new e-receipt showing the returned item(s). After this you should expect to see your funds back in your PayPal account that same day.

We want to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible, the first step for this is reducing our waste. Therefore, please note that we will always offer a professional repair in the first instance; if the product can be repaired.

This may involve your product being sent back to our suppliers or to a professional repair company. Please note that due tovaried procedures, warranty claims and repairs can take between 2 and 4 weeks to be concluded

It's a cosy three-season sleeping bag responsibly made from recycled materials and filled with fully traceable 700FP goose down for the optimal warmth-to-weight ratio for camping, wild camping, multi-day hiking and trekking from spring to autumn.

What is it made from?

Insulation: This fantastic sleeping bag is filled with 580g of 700FP ethically sourced, traceable goose down for excellent warmth and packability.

Goose down has larger clusters than duck down and, therefore, has a better warmth-to-weight ratio. The down clusters are made up of tiny feather-like strands that trap heat as they loft (fluff) up, which is why down sleeping bags are so effective and highly compressible.

The Fjallraven Down Promise - Due to their extensive experience in the outdoor industry, Fjallraven has established a unique production process where 100% of the down used is traceable. The Fjallraven 'Down Promise' is considered in the manufacturing process of every down product, ensuring that down taken from birds has been gathered ethically and is of high quality. Fjallraven's down is collected as a bi-product from the food industry, helping to reduce waste from such a large industry, and never comes from birds that have been treated cruelly (eg. being force-fed or live plucked).

Outer and lining: The outer and lining are constructed from a 20D recycled polyamide fabric, which provides the ideal balance of durability and weight. Though recycled, this material makes no compromises, it feels smooth yet reassuringly robust to the touch, allowing it to hold up to frequent use whilst still being highly packable. The polyamide yarns help transport away moisture and dry quickly, making them ideal for camping in damp climates or dealing with any accidental spillages in the tent.

Reinforcements: The hood and foot box are reinforced with highly water-resistant 30D ripstop nylon for added protection in damp conditions. These durable reinforcements are made from the same eco-conscious recycled polyamide material as the outer and lining of the bag.

What are its features?

The Keb Three Seasons Sleeping Bag features a comfortable mummy shape, with additional baffles across the hood and foot box for optimal weight-to-warmth ratio, allowing this bag to be both warm and highly packable. Highly water-resistant 30D ripstop nylon reinforcements further protect the down from water in areas most prone to moisture, such as the hood and foot box coming into contact with the tent through the night. Extra large zipper pulls provide easy operation even when wearing gloves- ideal for relaxing in the tent on cold nights. A full-length zipper with an anti-snag slider allows quick and easy operation whilst also helping to prevent damage over time.

The main zipper also features press buttons along the full length of the bag for easy ventilation on warmer nights. It also acts as a backup closure just in case the zip becomes damaged after a lifetime of use; you'll still get a good night's sleep until you can get it repaired.

An adjustable, snug fitting draft collar and a full-length draft tube along the zip enhances the bag's thermal efficiency by preventing warm air from escaping. The hood can be cinched in and adjusted with one hand if you need to further retain heat as the temperatures drop.

The foot box features slanted box baffles across the top of the feet and box construction to the base for optimal warmth and fit for a more natural sleeping position.

Finally, an included compression sack allows you to pack it down as much as possible for on-the-go carry. When storing the bag, we recommend not folding it into the sack; just stuff it in willy-nilly! Doing this will prevent creases from developing in the insulation, which could result in cold gaps forming over time.
