90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We offer a 90-day returns period from the date of purchase and aim to process all returns within 48 working hours of receipt. During exceptionally busy periods, returns may take up to 7 working days to be processed.
Please note: Our DPD Returns Portal is temporarily unavailable for a couple of weeks while we make improvements to the service. During this time, customers will need to arrange their own return postage.
We do not offer a free returns service. Customers returning items using their own postal service and our returns form are responsible for any postage costs when returning goods (excluding warranty returns).

If you feel that your item is defective/broken/faulty and it is still under warranty, please contact our Customer Support team ([email protected]) with as much information as possible with regards to the fault, including photos if applicable.

In return, they will supply you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), a Returns Form and a FREE postage label. Please complete the returns form with as much detail as possible and include it with your item.

We cannot make any decisions before inspecting any claim. Should the item be found genuinely faulty, we aim to reach a fair and agreed solution, which may be a refund, a replacement or a professional repair.

We do not offer exchanges. Instead we ask you kindly to complete a new order for the desired replacement and return the unwanted Good(s) for a refund. We acknowledge that this might seem more complicated, we can assure you it is by far the most efficient and fastest way to ensure that you receive the goods you require.

Any returns sent back requesting an exchange will be refunded in line with our returns process.

Once our Returns Team has processed your refund, you will receive a new e-receipt showing the returned item(s). After this you should expect to see your funds back in your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on how your card provider processes refunds.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and are normally processed within 2 working days, however, during busy periods they can take up to 7 days.

Once our Returns Team has processed your refund, you will receive a new e-receipt showing the returned item(s). After this you should expect to see your funds back in your PayPal account that same day.

We want to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible, the first step for this is reducing our waste. Therefore, please note that we will always offer a professional repair in the first instance; if the product can be repaired.

This may involve your product being sent back to our suppliers or to a professional repair company. Please note that due tovaried procedures, warranty claims and repairs can take between 2 and 4 weeks to be concluded

It's a lofty synthetically insulated sleeping bag, designed to withstand the rigours of camping, backpacking, and trekking. Created from recycled materials with a high-quality technical construction and filled with recycled insulation, it delivers ample warmth for camping in changeable climates. It's a fantastic option for those looking for a technical sleeping bag, without the faff of caring for down.

Please note: the printed temperature rating on this sleeping bag is incorrect due to a first-batch labelling error. The correct rating is shown on this product listing and the product's swing tag. Please be aware that the sleeping bag's fill and performance are not affected and are as advertised.

What is it made from?

Insulation: The Radeon Sleeping Bag is filled with 1079g of Rab's synthetic Recycled Stratus™ insulation, featuring their innovative WARM WAVE™ construction.

This Recycled Stratus™ insulation, as the name suggests, is created from thin, recycled fibres that mimic down. This high-performance insulative material remains effective even in damp conditions, unlike down, making it a better option in moist climates where you'll likely encounter a rain shower or two.

Rab’s clever WARM WAVE™ construction helps the insulation effectively loft by sewing the sheet insulation in alternating wave-like patterns on the top and bottom of the insulation to create additional air pockets throughout the filling. This helps trap additional warm air, enhancing the material's thermal efficiency. This clever construction provides the Radeon with an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, while also enhancing the durability of the insulation and offering a lofty and supremely cosy sleeping bag experience, comparable to natural down.

Recycled Stratus™ is responsibly created from 100% recycled fibres made from post-consumer PET bottles. Recycling single-use plastic bottles helps keep them out of landfills and our oceans, whilst also reducing waste and energy consumption.

Outer Fabric: The outer fabric of this sleeping bag is constructed from 20D Atmos™ Recycled Polyester Ripstop, a lightweight, windproof and durable material that's engineered to withstand the abrasion from frequent use outdoors.

The material is finished with a fluorocarbon-free DWR (durable water repellent) coating to provide protection from light moisture and protect the filling in cold, damp environments.

Lining: The sleeping bag is lined with 20D Atmos™ Recycled Polyester Ripstop, which is lightweight and flexible for next-to-skin comfort. It's also finished with a fluorocarbon-free DWR (durable water repellent) coating for light water resistance- handy for accidental drink spills or getting caught out in sudden showers when setting up camp.

What are its features?

Starting with the bag's structure, the innovative WARM WAVE™ construction is further enhanced by the bag’s baffle system, which prevents the insulation from migrating over time.

Sidewall baffles provide maximum loft and comfort for side sleepers, while a tapered mummy shape provides optimal thermal efficiency and a reduced pack size.

An anatomically fitted hood with a drawcord closure allows you to cinch it in close on cold nights for maximum thermal efficiency, whilst a 3D shaped synthetically filled neck collar helps trap heat inside the sleeping bag.

The sleeping bag is fastened with a two-way 3/4 YKK® anti-snag main zip with an insulated baffle running alongside to prevent cold from entering the bag via the zip. Anti-snag zip inserts and an anti-snag internal zip guard help to prevent the fabric from getting caught and snagging or tearing on the zip.

A zippered internal stash pocket provides a convenient home for smaller items you want to keep close to hand, such as a mobile phone, face mask or earplugs, ensuring they don't get lost at the bottom of the bag during the night.

A roomy, anatomically shaped footbox offers freedom of movement around the feet and a more relaxed sleeping position for maximum comfort, allowing the shape of the bag to feel less restrictive without adding much weight or bulk to the overall design.

A compression stuff sack provides compact storage on the move, allowing the sleeping bag to take up minimal space in your pack. Stuff sacks are literally meant to be stuffed! So do your best to cram your sleeping bag inside instead of folding the bag neatly away. Stuffing randomly helps to prevent folds and creases in the insulation, which will prevent cold spots and gaps from developing over time, increasing the lifespan of the bag.
