90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The DD SuperLight Pyramid Tent is designed to be used on top of the DD SuperLight Pyramid Mesh Tent (sold separately) to create a two-layer tipi style set-up. And at just 460g (excluding pegs/guys), it won't weigh you down on the trail!

Frame-free and single layered, the SuperLight Pyramid Tent is a great solution when travelling light or for minimalist backpacking.

With slim pegging tabs and a central top loop, the tent can be pitched in two ways - either suspended from a branch/overhead point using guy rope; or propped up from underneath using just one hiking pole.

This tent comes with 13 strong SuperLight pegs, five black SuperLight guy-lines, two extra spare pegs for emergencies, and a full set of fluorescent guy-lines. This means that you can choose between stealthy black, or bright guy-lines for visibility at night.

Ventilated and waterproof

Spacious for a solo camper plus a rucksack, or comfortable for two people, this tent has a 3000mm PU coating plus a sheltered side door - so it'll keep you dry in stormy weather. Its air vent prevents condensation inside too!

The DD SuperLight Pyramid Tent can be used either on its own or with the mesh tent to camp on a backpacking adventure, or simply as a day shelter on a hike.
