90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Halny Elite 2?

The Halny Elite 2 is a lightweight, two-person tent. It's best suited to backpacking, multi-day trekking, and wild camping.

What is it made of?

Flysheet: The flysheet comprises a PFC-free, recycled 20D nylon ripstop with a silicone PU coating for extra weather resistance. It provides 4000mm HH (Hydrostatic Head) waterproof protection to deliver ample, reliable protection from wet weather.

Inner: The inner of this tent uses recycled, PFC-free 20D nylon ripstop which is lightweight yet durable to promote further longevity.

Floor: A 70D polyester plain recycled water-resistant groundsheet offers protection from wet ground and is a higher denier, making it more robust than other parts of the tent for camping on rugged terrain. It delivers 5000mm HH protection, which can be enhanced further using a tent footprint, which will also help your tent last longer by reducing wear and tear.

Poles: SuperFlex Alloy Poles are lightweight, strong, and sturdy for maximum reliability in tough conditions.

The total weight of this tent is approximately 1.59kg. If you're counting the grams, you can strip down some of the features to reduce the weight to 1.45kg.

What are the features?

Space: This tent is roomy enough for two, making it ideal for camping duos or you and a furry friend.

Ventilation: Various ventilation options keep the air flowing through this tent without making it uncomfortably cold; good ventilation will help to regulate temperature within the tent and manage condensation.

Pegs, Attachments, Poles: The zip on the flysheet offers the use of an awning feature with a trekking pole. As mentioned, SuperFlex alloy poles provide exceptional stability, while the Alloy V-Angle pegs keep your tent on the ground. Four yellow reflective guylines are also included for easy tensioning and extra visibility.

Optional Extras: You can purchase a footprint for this tent to slip underneath, between the tent floor and ground, to prevent it from wearing or getting damaged on rugged terrain.
