What are the Essential Boxer Briefs?

What are they made of?
These boxer briefs are constructed using 95% Tencel® lyocell and 5% spandex jersey.
Tencel™ fibres are produced from responsibly sourced wood pulp using responsible processes and are certified as compostable and biodegradable. Despite this, they're still super soft and breathable to wear next to the skin, so don't be fooled! Tencel™ carries multiple certifications in terms of environmental responsibility, including the USDA biobased product certification and an EU Ecolabel, and it has a European Award for the Environment.
The additional spandex jersey yarns give the fabric a light stretch, promoting freedom of movement and comfort without putting too much pressure on vital seams.
This product is also made in a Fair Trade Factory™, giving Patagonia more control of the operations in the factories they choose to work with. Patagonia proudly offers more Fair Trade styles than any other apparel brand in the current market. But how does it work? Patagonia pays a premium for every item made in one of these factories, and this money goes directly to the factory workers. A democratically elected committee of Fair Trade workers will decide how this extra money gets spent in each Fair Trade factory. The program also promotes worker health and safety, and social and environmental compliance, while encouraging healthier dialogue between workers and management.
