What is the Madris Light ML Hooded Jacket?
It's a versatile fleece midlayer with a durable, smooth outer layer that offers ample protection from cool mountain breezes. You can wear this piece as a lightweight outer layer in milder, dry conditions or as a cosy midlayer during the winter.
What is it made of?
The face material uses a recycled polyester and elastane blend that creates a smooth, stretchy finish, making this midlayer easy to slide underneath a shell jacket. Inside, you'll find a cosy fleece lining made using Stormfleece® double-weave fabric. Stormfleece® comprises polyamide and elastane and uses a waffle construction that wicks away moisture and regulates temperature effectively. It feels super soft next to the skin and is durable enough to last years of adventures.
The fabric has been treated with HeiQ Fresh odour neutralising technology, which uses sugar by-products from the food industry to create a more environmentally responsible way of neutralising odour build-up within fabrics compared to chemical-based treatments. It allows you to benefit from all the performance of technical material without spoiling the fresh mountain air. Plus, it means you can get away with washing it less, meaning not only do you have less laundry to do, but you save more water, too!
The product is bluesign® approved, meaning it's manufactured in a way that is safe for the environment, workers and consumers. bluesign® certifications ensure that the materials used avoid harmful substances, use reduced air and water emissions, increase resource productivity, and the production line is more transparent and trustworthy.

It has a chest pocket made of contrasting fabric that is perfect for valuables like a mobile phone or keys. Two additional zipped hand pockets provide extra storage for essentials like snacks, energy gels, and doggy bags.
A flat-seam design delivers a high level of comfort by reducing chafing or rubbing, especially when wearing a backpack. Elasticated cuffs also help to seal the weather out yet fit comfortably over a smartwatch or chunky gloves.
