90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions

If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is it made from?

The hoody is built from Rab's Thermic™ Pro Hybrid Fleece, which is a warm, breathable gridded fleece that uses a new method of fleece construction to create a soft fleece with advanced levels of warmth, wind resistance, and durability. Part of Rab's Thermic™ performance fleece range of fabrics, this material is lightweight, moisture-wicking, quick-drying and highly comfortable to wear, making it a fantastic choice to take the chill off just about any outdoor activity, especially those where temperature regulation and moisture management are critical.

What are its features?

The Quantra Pro Hoody features a low-profile hood that seamlessly integrates underneath a helmet, offering essential protection on exposed climbs. Its elasticated edges ensure a secure and comfortable fit, staying firmly in place without obstructing your field of vision on challenging terrain.

The hoody features a simple YKK® VISLON® front zip with a chin guard for easy ventilation whilst preventing discomfort around the face when fully zipped.

For storage, there are two YKK® zipped A-line hand pockets that offer a secure home for trail essentials, such as a mobile phone, trail snacks or a GPS device.

The dual-sided rear hem adjustment allows for quick, one-handed adjustment, enabling you to seal out cold drafts on the move without having to stop and faff, whilst elasticated cuffs provide a snug fit over gloves or mitts, effectively sealing out the elements for lasting comfort.

1Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades of your back. When measuring the bust for women's underwear and swimwear, follow the bra measuring guidelines.

2Waist

Measure at the natural waistline, just above the hip bone.

3Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips. As a guideline this is often 20cm below your natural waistline.

4Inside leg

Measure from the top of the inside leg to the floor.

5Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

6Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
