What is the Rooke Hoodie?
It's a lightweight fleece hoodie designed primarily for warmer conditions yet versatile enough to be worn in all seasons and for various activities. Whether traversing tricky ridgelines during the summer, camping with friends or heading on a chilly winter hike, it'll keep you warm and comfortable all day long.
What is it made of?
The Rooke comprises 100% recycled polyester, which is incredibly lightweight and feels soft next to the skin. It has a low-profile gridded backer to help wick away moisture efficiently to promote temperature regulation and increase comfort even when working up a sweat. Plus, being recycled, this material has reduced impact on the planet, giving it some extra eco-friendly credentials!
What are its features?
The elastane-bound hood cinches in the fabric around your face to help retain heat and offer protection around the neck and ears in exposed conditions. A cinched, closer-fitting hood also makes it easier to fit climbing helmets over the top if you're taking an adventure on the rock face.
You can draw in additional airflow using the zipper at the front - it runs deep down the chest for enhanced ventilation while making it much easier to put the hoodie on or take it off.
A self-fabric hem and self-fabric cuffs minimise weight and bulk. The cuffs have concealed thumb loops to prevent the sleeve from riding up your arm when worn - handy for layering up or moving more dynamically, whether climbing or using hiking and ski poles.
