With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

What are the Langley Waterproof Lightweight Insulated Puffer Mittens?
They're lightweight, protective mittens with complete waterproof protection and ample warmth thanks to their insulated construction. These mittens are ideal for hiking, backpacking, travelling, and general outdoor use when the forecast is looking rough.
What are they made of?
The Langley Mittens use a three-layer Aquasealz™ construction that sandwiches a breathable hydrophilic membrane between an outer and inner material to provide complete waterproofness. In this tasty sandwich, you'll also find a layer of Hyperloft™ insulation, which offers exceptional warmth with little weight. Hyperloft™ is a synthetic insulation with the added benefit of retaining warmth when wet, perfect for those wintry showers. It's also a great vegan alternative to down insulation!
What are the features?
A mitten configuration maximises warmth for the fingers, while the women's fit is explicitly tailored to the female form to enhance the fit overall. Clips on the cuffs mean you can attach these gloves to help prevent you from losing them, and drawstrings around the cuffs help seal the heat in.

Measure your dominant hand with a tape measure around the knuckles (your left if you are left handed and your right if you are right handed). The measurement in inches is your glove size, so if you measure 7 inches, you will need a small glove. Tight gloves = cold hands, so if in doubt go up a size!

Measure the length of your foot from heel to toe with a flexible tape measure. Check the measurement in centimetres against the SealSkinz sock size. The table also shows regular shoe sizes as a guide.
