We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We offer a 90-day returns period from the date of purchase and aim to process all returns within 48 working hours of receipt. During exceptionally busy periods, returns may take up to 7 working days to be processed.
Please note: Our DPD Returns Portal is temporarily unavailable for a couple of weeks while we make improvements to the service. During this time, customers will need to arrange their own return postage.
We do not offer a free returns service. Customers returning items using their own postal service and our returns form are responsible for any postage costs when returning goods (excluding warranty returns).

When will I receive my refund?

Once our Returns Team has processed your refund, you will receive a new e-receipt showing the returned item(s). After this you should expect to see your funds back in your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on how your card provider processes refunds.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and are normally processed within 2 working days, however, during busy periods they can take up to 7 days.

We want to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible, the first step for this is reducing our waste. Therefore, please note that we will always offer a professional repair in the first instance; if the product can be repaired.

This may involve your product being sent back to our suppliers or to a professional repair company. Please note that due tovaried procedures, warranty claims and repairs can take between 2 and 4 weeks to be concluded

What is the Annandale Parka?

It's a warm and synthetically insulated jacket that offers reliable warmth and waterproof protection for all-day comfort in adverse weather. Created with the classic parka jacket silhouette, it’s versatile, fashionable and combines style and functionality perfectly.

This easy-to-wear jacket is ideal for adventures such as hill walking, rambling in the countryside and even meeting friends in town for a coffee. The Annandale is a great choice for outdoor enthusiasts seeking something less techy and more stylish that they can wear pretty much every day throughout the colder months but doesn’t sacrifice performance.

What is it made from?

Outer - The outer of the Annandale is created from a durable 2-layer HydroDRY® 140D polyamide Oxford fabric. Soft to the touch, it balances waterproof and windproof protection with comfort and breathability. Designed to keep you warm, dry and comfortable whatever the adventure.

This robust face fabric is treated with a PFC-Free DWR (durable water repellent) coating to encourage rain to bead off the fabric instead of soaking in, improving the jacket's waterproof properties. This DWR is free from harmful forever chemicals (PFCs) that cause damage to the environment.

Insulation - The heart of the jacket is filled with ThermoSphere™ synthetic insulation, which has a 35% recycled content. The Annandale is filled with 100g insulation to the body and sleeves for maximum warmth and 60g to the hood and collar to reduce any unnecessary bulk.

ThermoSphere™ insulation has an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio that will keep you well-protected even when the insulation is wet. Unlike traditional down-filled jackets, synthetic insulation is easier to care for and retains up to 90% of its thermal performance when wet.

Lining - The lining of the jacket is created using a combination of smooth Taffeta fabric and Sprayway's CoreC™ Hiloft fleece. This warm Hiloft fleece has a deep pile and feels super soft next to the skin, increasing the overall cosiness of the jacket. The fleece has been strategically placed to provide maximum warmth, whilst the smooth Taffeta allows you to slip the jacket on and off easily.

What are its features?

Starting from the top, an adjustable hood protects you from the elements, whilst a concealed wired peak protects your face from rain drops by providing a little extra coverage above the face. The hood is lined with super-soft Hiloft fleece for added cosiness and warmth.

The Annandale uses dual-weight insulation for maximum warmth in vital areas such as the body and sleeves. Reduced filling to the hood and collar reduces unnecessary bulk and improves the overall comfort levels of the jacket.

A central two-way zip on the front provides plenty of options for ventilation, freedom of movement and allows easy access to your layers underneath. A storm guard sits behind the zip to reinforce weather protection and help to stop water from seeping in if the zip is slightly open.

Two concealed side seam pockets with a Hiloft fleece and tricot combination lining provide the perfect place to stow your hands on a cold day. They are strategically placed to make it comfortable to keep your hands warm and cosy inside the pockets as you explore. Two lower patch pockets provide ample storage for a mobile phone, keys, gloves and trail snacks.

Press stud adjustable cuffs provide further protection from the elements and improve the jacket’s heat retention. Finally, a split hem to the rear of the jacket provides freedom of movement and comfort when hill walking.
