90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions

If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Basecamp Logo Badge Tee?

It's a super soft, heavier-weight, casual cotton t-shirt designed for everyday wear, whether you're relaxing at home, catching up with friends or running daily errands. It's so comfortable and easy to wear, that you will be reaching for it day after day.

What is it made from?

This t-shirt is made from super soft 100% recycled cotton, in a heavier-weight jersey for extra durability. Although the fibres are recycled, the fabric is still incredibly soft and comfortable next to the skin, providing all-day comfort, whether lounging around at home, catching up with friends or taking a leisurely walk.

What are its features?

Being a t-shirt, it has a minimal feature set, however, it does have short sleeves, a round neck and a small logo badge to the left of the chest. The t-shirt features a heavier-weight construction compared to a classic cotton tee, which, combined with a relaxed fit, allows the t-shirt to fall flatteringly down the body for a casual everyday style.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
