90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Crimp Elevation Tee?

It's a versatile, super soft t-shirt ideal for various outdoor adventures and everyday activities in warmer climates. It's made from a super soft TENCEL™ fabric that helps keep you cool and comfortable whilst retaining an everyday casual style.

What is it made from?

The Crimp Elevation Tee is made from a super soft TENCEL™ blend fabric that comprises recycled polyester and lyocell fibres.

Recycled polyester is lightweight, durable and has a smooth finish. Of course, recycled material is much better for the planet than conventional materials and non-recycled fabrics, boosting this product's eco-friendly credentials!

Lyocell fibres, commonly branded as TENCEL™, are produced from sustainably sourced wood pulp using responsible processes and are certified as compostable and biodegradable. The yarns can wick moisture more effectively than cotton and offer breathability and comfort whilst feeling incredibly gentle next to the skin.

What are its features?

Overall, the t-shirt has a classic casual look and minimalist design; it features a round neckline, set-in sleeves and a comfortable regular fit. It boasts a small Rab logo to the left of the chest and a larger detailed topographic map print on the back for added style.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
