What are the Genoa Lite Pants?
They're exceptionally comfortable and stretchy trousers ideal for various outdoor activities and everyday life. Made from highly durable materials with a classic five-pocket design, they're ideal for everything from hiking to climbing, travelling to catching up with friends over a pint, these versatile trousers can do it all!
What are they made of?
The Genoa Lite Pants are made from Montane's Granite Stretch fabric that comprises recycled nylon and elastane. Granite Stretch is highly abrasion and wind-resistant, providing reliable protection against the elements and your surroundings. As you may have guessed, Granite Stretch is super stretchy, making it ideal for steep ascents or more technical scrambles where you need a higher range of movement. It feels smooth against the skin and comfortable enough to wear for longer periods or multi-day trips.
The material is coated with a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) to encourage light rain to bead off the trousers instead of soaking in, without using harmful forever chemicals that cause damage to the environment and our ecosystems. However please note, this does not make the trousers waterproof.
What are their features?
The comfortable waistband features a simple zipped fly and button closure, whilst belt loops allow you to pair the trousers with a belt should you need to tailor the fit.
The trousers feature a classic five-pocket design that consists of two open front hand pockets, one with a coin pocket and two rear patch pockets. They offer easy access storage for all your daily essentials, such as a mobile phone, keys and wallet. The trousers feature a regular fit, ideal for various outdoor and everyday activities. The design is finished with a subtle Montane embroidered logo on one of the pockets.
