What are the Escape Leggings?

What are they made of?
The Escape Leggings are constructed with Aqua-X material which comprises polyamide and elastane. It has a smooth finish that feels soft and comfy next to the skin whilst stretchy, lightweight and durable enough to withstand regular wear and rugged terrain. Aqua-X offers effective moisture wicking for humid days on the hill; the structure of the yarns diffuses water efficiently to cool the skin. Fun fact - it's 30% cooler than standard polyester and 14% cooler than standard polyamide to wear! And if that wasn't enough, the material provides a UV rating of UPF 50+ to protect you in exposed, sunny environments.
What are their features?
These leggings fit tighter to the skin (as leggings generally do) to enhance their cooling performance.
They have an elasticated flat front waist that maximises freedom of movement without adding any extra bulk. A self-fabric hem helps prevent rubbing and chafing when working up a sweat or wearing these leggings for extended periods.
Last but certainly not least, a deep stretch mesh thigh pocket comes in handy for tucking away your mobile phone without having it get in your way on steep inclines and more technical ascents.
