What are the MidWeight SoftShell Gloves?
It's pretty self explanatory... They're midweight softshell gloves! They're stretchy, breathable and highly weather resistant, perfect for ski touring in the spring, trail running in autumn, and high-altitude hiking when the weather is cool but not freezing.
What are they made of?
The outer is constructed with a four-way stretch softshell fabric that feels comfy and flexible enough for handling gear and equipment. It's treated with a light DWR (durable water repellent) to add water resistance. However, unfortunately, this will not make them completely waterproof.
Palms are reinforced with a high quality goat leather to add durability and extra water resistance on high contact points.
These gloves are filled with 60g synthetic PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation, which offers the gold standard of PrimaLoft® insulation, providing the ultimate level of warmth in all conditions. Unlike down, synthetic insulation retains heat and loft when it gets wet, making it much more suitable for changeable mountain conditions and unreliable weather forecasts - handy for living here in the UK!
What are the features?
These gloves provide plenty of freedom of movement for technical ascents and handling kit. They have a digital thumb and index finger, allowing you to use touchscreen devices with them on, making them even suitable for more casual, everyday use!
They have a simple stretch cuff to add mobility around the wrist and are finished with a tidy reflective logo for added visibility if you're out after hours.
