With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

The thing about Gregory packs is how well they transfer the load weight from the shoulders onto the hips. This reduces stress and fatigue on the body leaving you to enjoy your trip without the burden of an uncomfortable pack. The DTS (Dynamic Transfer System) is the key to this carrying comfort. Basically it is a sprung curved steel bar held in tension with the back sheet that flexes as soon as you load the pack transferring the weight directly to the hip belt. Because the frame is curved it also creates an airspace between your back and the pack maximising airflow and comfort.
To further enhance your comfort all the contact areas, shoulder straps and hip belt, are made from moisture wicking fabric and ventilated foam.
The main compartment can be accessed via the top lid or through the large curved external zip and features an internal divider to separate your kit with separate access to the lower section. The large zipped expanding front pocket is perfect for quickly stuffing wet waterproofs into and can be fully compressed if not in use. Other pockets include two lid pockets, two mesh side pockets and two mesh hip belt pockets. Walking poles or ice axes are easily attached using the bungee elastic retainers and there is a rain cover included. Fully hydration compatible with an internal bladder sleeve and dual sided hose ports.
