90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

Constructed out of a lightweight, 210 denier mini ripstop Nylon fabric, this pack will easily see you through many of your outdoor adventures. With 3 different opening options; top, front and lower, you can access all the contents off your pack without having to unload and sprawl everything all over the floor. Not only that, it also comes in 3 different fixed back lengths; regular ,large, and female specific (labeled as ND) so you can be sure to find the right fit.

Other features of the Cholatse II are the stretch mesh pockets on the sides for water bottles and map storage, hip belts pockets for things like phones, GPS units and trail snacks, walking pole grippers, axe loops, integrated rain cover, and the Spider plate bungee system on the front for securing bits and bobs to the outside of the pack.
