What is the Vibe 40L?
Designed as the perfect on-the-go travel bag, the Vibe features the perfect amount of space for a long weekend away and is far more secure than your average travel bag, but more about that below.
What is it made of?
The key to the Vibe's ultra-secure credentials lies in its fabrics. With your 'standard' travel bag, opportunists simply make a small slice in the base of the bag to access your kit — Pacsafe have combatted this by lining the bag with stainless steel mesh. This mesh prevents most blades cutting all the way through the fabric, yet is barely noticeable during use. Don't worry, the inner is lined with a soft polyester to ensure your laptop/tablet doesn't get scratched.
What are its features?
Lockable zips prevent someone simply opening the bag and RFID protection blocks signals which scammers use to steal information from your debit cards, ID or passport. The zips are even puncture-proof for that extra level of security.
Despite all the techy security stuff, it's still just a really nice, comfortable, well-designed bag. You get a 15" laptop sleeve, attachment points on the shoulder straps for pouches/bottles, plenty of internal organisation pockets, an attachment point for your keys and a water bottle pocket. An adjustable, padded hipbelt takes some weight off your shoulders when the bag is fully loaded, however, if it's not fully loaded, it can be carried like a briefcase via a side handle. When it's being carried briefcase-style, the shoulder straps fully tuck away. Internal compression straps help to hold your kit in place if it's not loaded to capacity.
