90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Quencher Bowl?

It's a durable, foldable dog bowl with a waterproof lining, which can be used as a water or a food bowl for your furry best friend, making travelling and adventuring together even easier. Lightweight and packable, it can even fit inside your rucksack or your dog's harness pack if they are carrying their own gear whilst multi-day hiking.

What is it made from?

The Quencher Bowl's outer is constructed from an extremely durable 300 denier polyester ripstop fabric, which is made from 63% recycled materials and is also bluesign® approved. Whilst the webbing rim is made from 100% polyester, of which 35% is recycled. This super tough exterior allows the bowl to easily withstand the rigours of frequent use without worrying that it will spring a leak after a few, shall we say, overly enthusiastic uses by a very hungry pup.

The bowl is lined with a tough yet smooth 210 denier nylon taffeta lining, with a waterproof finish to provide waterproof protection of 4,000mm HH, which is more than enough for this travel bowl.

What are its features?

The Quencher Bowl has a minimal feature set to keep its design lightweight and easily foldable, allowing it to be stowed in various rucksack pockets and even your pup's own harness pack.

It's adorned with a charming, colourful mountain design that not only looks cute, but also matches other items in Ruffwear's range, such as the Front Range harnesses, collars and leads.

The smooth, waterproof lining allows you to easily clean the bowl, even on the go. This lining is also food grade, meaning you don't have to worry about any harmful dyes or chemicals being leached into your precious dog's food or water over time.

Finally, reflective trims help improve visibility in low-light conditions for both you and your dog, helping to keep spillages to a minimum.
