90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

Made from a single layer of incredibly light and strong ultra-fine ripstop nylon, the Superlight Hammock certainly lives up to its name.

Weighing less than your average can of fizzy drink, the tiny weight and compact size of this hammock, alongside its ultra-light Whoopie Suspension system, cannot be over-emphasized. It measures 2.7m x 1.4m yet packs down to just 19cm x 11cm x 8cm into the included stuff sack.

The included Whoopie Suspension system is incredibly strong and allows for a knot-free setup, with 2 x 2m long Whoopie Slings, 2 x Soft-Shackle Karabiners, and 2 x 2m Tree Huggers. This means easy setup right out of the bag, you could be relaxing under a leafy canopy in just minutes.
