90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The massive 1.8 liter Sumo is a snow-melting power-house that locks directly onto your Jetboil burner base for ultra-quick set-up. Small groups can enjoy the efficiency of one-pot cooking with Sumo. The trick to Sumo's efficiency is the flux ring technology which drastically reduces boil times, saving fuel and gets nourishment into you quickly. The FluxRing protects the burner from the wind and hugely increases the surface area of the Sumo's cooking pot base to make sure all the heat is directed there and not wasted up the sides. The Sumo offers loads of packing options, it can hold a 100 gm or 230 gm canister of fuel and burner base with room to spare, or a complete Sol or Zip system with 100 gm fuel. It is also capable of stowing a 450 gram fuel canister.
