What is the Worn Wear® Patch Kit?
It's a small patch-up kit that allows you to repair your precious outdoor gear and clothing anytime, anywhere.
What is it made of?
The patches included in this kit are made with nylon plain weave, which is incredibly strong and abrasion-resistant to help protect your items from further damage.
This product is also made in a Fair Trade Factory™, giving Patagonia more control of the operations in the factories they choose to work with. Patagonia proudly offers more Fair Trade styles than any other apparel brand in the current market. But how does it work? Patagonia pays a premium for every item made in one of these factories, and this money goes directly to the factory workers. A democratically elected committee of Fair Trade workers will decide how this extra money gets spent in each Fair Trade factory. The program also promotes worker health and safety, and social and environmental compliance, while encouraging healthier dialogue between workers and management.
What are its features?
The Worn Wear® Patch Kit includes four 3" x 5" pages of black Tenacious Tape containing patches of different sizes and shapes.
The patches use a simple peel-and-stick application, making each repair quick and easy. No sewing is required! The patches also become washable just 24 hours after application, meaning you can give your gear a good bit of TLC after a tough adventure.
The adhesive on the patches forms a permanent bond to the fabric, meaning you won't have to worry about it coming off if you're in the middle of a multi-day adventure.
