What is the Dry Bag TPU-V 12L?
It's a 12-litre dry bag that delivers ample waterproof protection, durability and abrasion resistance for any adventure, whether heading on a winter expedition or travelling abroad for a kayaking adventure.
What is it made of?
This dry bag comprises transparent, abrasion-resistant TPU material that is incredibly robust to last years of abuse. The material stays flexible in temperatures down to -20°C, making it suitable for winter use and expeditions in extreme conditions.
What are its features?
One of the most essential features of this dry bag is the compression valve, which allows you to optimise the packing volume and reduce the overall size of the bag once packed. Simply turn the valve to open it, squeeze the bag to let the air out and turn the valve back again to close it up! This will leave you with a compact bag that is easier to fit inside a backpack, kit bag or even into your kayak.
The 12-litre volume provides plenty of room for smaller essentials you want to keep dry and protected. The Dry Bag TPU-V range offers a range of sizes, too, each of which is colour-coded with a different colour Silva logo, allowing you to customise your packing system to keep it organised.
If you want to save weight, you can use this dry bag as a tent lantern by using the headlamp attachment inside the bag; switch your headlamp on, hook it inside and roll the top of the bag closed.
Last but not least, the waterproof roll-top closure seals out and weather, so if the weather is harsh or your boat rolls over, your gear will stay well protected when submerged (as long as you've closed the bag properly!).
