90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

Its seamless upper design ensures excellent comfort straight out of the box, while AKU’s innovative Elica Natural Stride System maximises efficiency by mimicking the natural roll of your foot. Designed for comfort, stability, and responsiveness across variable terrain.

What are they made from?

These boots feature a combination ofpremium 1.6 mm nubuck leatherandstretch fabric, offering both structure and flexibility. Awelded PU filmreinforces the upper for lightweight protection. Inside, aGORE-TEX® More Seasons liningkeeps feet dry and breathable in all conditions. Underfoot, theVibram® Adapta outsole—with its asymmetric design and targeted flex grooves—delivers excellent grip and terrain adaptation. Adirect-injection dual-density PU midsolesupports the plantar anatomy for superior cushioning and shock absorption.

How do they fit?

Thanks to thegusset-free constructionand flexible upper materials, the Adapta SD GTX offers a snug yet adaptive fit that conforms well to a variety of foot shapes. The boot’s medium stiffness provides an ideal balance of support and freedom of movement, while the Elica ergonomic platform reduces fatigue over long distances. Also available in awomen’s-specific versionwith tailored plantar support.
