The Nano Puff’s exterior and interior are both made from lightweight recycled polyester ripstop — 1.4-oz on the shell and 1.3-oz on the lining. These fabrics provide impressive durability for their weight, resisting abrasion against packs or rock.
A durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS helps shed light moisture and prevent saturation, keeping the insulation performing efficiently across unpredictable weather.

It’s made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester and produced using P.U.R.E. technology, a manufacturing process that drastically reduces carbon emissions compared to traditional insulation production methods.
