90-day returns period

DPD Returns Portal
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We offer a 90-day returns period from the date of purchase and aim to process all returns within 48 working hours of receipt. During exceptionally busy periods, returns may take up to 7 working days to be processed.

We do not offer a free returns service. If using the DPD Returns Portal, a charge of £5 will be deducted from your refund when processed. Returns from Highlands and Islands using the DPD Returns Portal will deduct £15.50 from the order refund. Large DPD returns will have £6 deducted from their refund. (Specifications are over 5kg, and over Length of 30cm x width of 30cm and height of 10cm). If customers are returning items using their own postal service, and our returns form, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

THIS BIT IS IMPORTANT - due to a technical issue with YEEP lockers, we are currently advising customers not to use them and to drop parcels off at a DPD Pickup Shop. Using a YEEP locker may significantly delay your parcel being returned to us and your refund being issued.

We are not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched. However, we will always work with the courier to assist in resolving any delivery issues where possible.
If an order has not been received, customers must contact us within 14 days of dispatch so that we can investigate and assist accordingly.

If you have returned an item using the DPD returns portal and have not received confirmation of your refund, you must contact us within 14 days of dispatching your return so we can investigate. After this period, we may be unable to investigate or raise a claim.

We do not offer a free returns service. Customers returning items using their own postal service and our returns form are responsible for any postage costs when returning goods (excluding warranty returns).

In return, they will supply you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), a Returns Form and a FREE postage label. Please complete the returns form with as much detail as possible and include it with your item.

Any returns sent back requesting an exchange will be refunded in line with our returns process.

Once our Returns Team has processed your refund, you will receive a new e-receipt showing the returned item(s). After this you should expect to see your funds back in your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on how your card provider processes refunds.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and are normally processed within 2 working days, however, during busy periods they can take up to 7 days.

Once our Returns Team has processed your refund, you will receive a new e-receipt showing the returned item(s). After this you should expect to see your funds back in your PayPal account that same day.

We want to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible, the first step for this is reducing our waste. Therefore, please note that we will always offer a professional repair in the first instance; if the product can be repaired.

This may involve your product being sent back to our suppliers or to a professional repair company. Please note that due tovaried procedures, warranty claims and repairs can take between 2 and 4 weeks to be concluded

The jacket uses a Gore-Tex® ePE 3-Layer construction for reliable waterproof, windproof and breathable protection.

It combines a durable 75D recycled polyester outer with the latest PFC-Free Gore-Tex® ePE membrane and a low-energy-use solution-dyed backer for next-to-skin comfort and effective moisture transportation.

This robust 3-layer construction is designed to balance durability and weight, making it suitable for regular use with a backpack while still remaining comfortable for long days out on the hill.

The material itself provides complete waterproof and windproof protection, with ample breathability to prevent sweat and condensation from building up inside, helping regulate body temperature.

PFC-Free Waterproof Performance

Gore-Tex® ePE 3-Layer construction delivers a hydrostatic head rating of 28,000mm for dependable waterproof protection in prolonged wet conditions. Whilst a breathability RET score of <13 allows excess heat and moisture to escape throughout the day to keep you feeling comfortable throughout the day.

Fluorocarbon-Free DWR Finish

The outer fabric is treated with a fluorocarbon-free DWR (durable water repellent) coating to encourage rain to bead off the surface of the jacket rather than soaking into the face fabric. Just like the ePE waterproof membrane, this DWR is also free from harmful PFC chemicals.

Adjustable Hood

The Namche has a two-way adjustable hood that allows you to enhance the fit around different head shapes and sizes or over layers like hoodies and beanie hats. It can be adjusted with the concealed internal cord locks with just one hand, so you don't have to faff about removing gloves or putting gear down, while the wired and stiffened peak helps maintain structure and improve visibility in rain and wind.

Weather-Protective Zip

A YKK® AquaGuard® centre front zip with a fleece-lined chin guard prevents water ingress through the zip while improving comfort around the face and neck when fully zipped.

Venting Pit Zips

Two-way YKK® Aquaguard pit zips provide ventilation under the arms for effective temperature regulation. They allow you to quickly dump excess heat to keep you comfortable on steep sections of trail without needing to zip the jacket and get wet.

Pocket Layout

For storage, you'll find two YKK® Aquaguard zippered hand pockets that offer plenty of space for gloves, snacks and energy gels and an internal zipped pocket for valuables you want to be sure stay dry when it's chucking its down.

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
