We have an easy to use appointment booking system in place that enables us to provide you with an enhanced one-to-one customer experience which also maintains social distancing measures. How long will your Hereford shop be closed for? 

We are no longer closed, please go to our appointments page now to find out more and to book your appointment today.

Can I still order through your website? 

Our website and warehouse are functioning normally and ready to accept your order.  

Can I return a purchase made using the website?

Yes, provided that it is safe for you to do so. Alternatively, if you are loacal you can make an appointment to return your item at the Trekitt Service Centre.

Can I still make a warranty claim?

The vast majority of our suppliers are once again accepting warranty returns but please be aware that there will be a delay as warranty departments work through the 3 month backlog.

Is it safe to receive a parcel from you? 

Public Health England have clarified that there is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from letters and packages. Our carriers DPD and Royal Mail have robust arrangements in place to protect their staff and customers that are self-isolating such as non-signature receipt, nominated safe place for delivery and delivery to a neighbour. This complements guidance from Public Health England for people to wash their hands regularly using soap and hot water. 

Can I place a Click & Collect order?  

Yes, place your order and we will call you when it is ready to pick up from the Hereford Service Centre.
