Booking an appointment is quick and easy, and as we can only allow a limited number of people in the Service Centre at any one time, it will make sure you receive the best possible service available; otherwise, you may have a short wait outside. l head to our Appointments Page now.

FAQs

How long will the Hereford Service Centre be closed for?

We will be closing our doors at 17:30 on Wednesday 5th November following the new Government restrictions and plan to open our doors once again on 2nd December.

Can I still order through your website?

Yes! Our website and warehouse are functioning normally and ready to accept your order. All orders over £30 qualify for free standard Royal Mail shipping.

Can I return a purchase made using the website?

Yes! Please send all returns to our returns department, Click Here for full returns information.

Can I still make a warranty claim?

Yes, The vast majority of our suppliers are accepting warranty returns, but please be aware that there is a minimum 4-week waiting time for any warranty claim to be resolved.

Is it safe to receive a parcel from you?

Public Health England has clarified that there is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from letters and packages. Our carriers DPD and Royal Mail have robust arrangements in place to protect their staff and customers that are self-isolating such as non-signature receipt, nominated safe place for delivery and delivery to a neighbour. This complements guidance from Public Health England for people to wash their hands regularly using soap and hot water.

Can I place a Click & Collect order?

Yes, you can order your products to be delivered to The Trekitt Service Centre and we will contact you when they are ready to be picked up.
